Absolutely not, unless you’ve had an initial appointment with our personal trainers. Our trainers will advise you to buy only that equipment that can match your budget and which equipments you need the most (if necessary).
Some of the common equipment, our personal trainer often asks you to buy (if absolutely needed) are:
- Physio Balls
- Medicine Balls
- Free Weights
- Elastic Tubing
- Jump Ropes
Other than this, an empty 10 x 10 area is all you need for conducting these workout sessions.
